Fall is a magical time to be in the Hudson Valley. With peak season typically at the end of September through the end of October, its the perfect time to go for a leisurely drive throughout the valley, to go for a hike followed by an outdoor meal with mountain views, and to enjoy one of the season’s BEST treats. – apple cider donuts!
