With over 22 years of experience, Michael Lockwood and his team create spaces that help people connect with one another; spaces that enrich the human experience; spaces that range from classical to modern expression. Our recent projects include commercial and residential design in Upstate New York, Westchester County and New York City.
What We Do:
1. Define the intended function of a space
2. Photograph, measure and confirm the existing conditions
3. Develop the site plan, floor plans and exterior elevations
4. Create computer-aided drafts of all floor plans, elevations, basic building and site plans.
5. Produce construction documents
6. Create construction documents for pricing
7. Manage the entire construction process
