Twin Gables Guest House

The house at Twin Gables is located on the renowned Tinker Street in the heart of Woodstock, within easy walking distance of the Village Green. It’s close to theaters, trails and some of the area’s best restaurants.

Originally a private residence built in the 1880s, Twin Gables was established as a boutique hotel in 1926 at the height of Woodstock’s first flowering as a Utopian artists’ community, attracting free-spirits and bohemians from around the world.

With its tasteful renovation and revival in 2020, our #littlearthotel continues to serve visitors to our creative community. Our guests will find organic coffee, locally made soaps and intriguing art on the walls, some of which was painted by the original founders.
