Left Bank Ciders offer small-batch ciders and meads that reflect the agricultural and ecological landscapes of the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains. The company started when Tim and Anna, who worked at a farmer’s market for a local compost program, noticed one of the big orchards borrowing a compost bin to fill with bruised, banged, and other “bad apples” they couldn’t sell. So they took the apples and starting experimenting, doing all they could think of with these orphaned apples, and eventually discovered the joy of apples and making hard cider. The rest, as they say, is history. Stop by Left Bank Ciders this Friday, pull up a chair and indulge in the ciders of your choice.

Left Bank Ciders will host a food pop-up by Michelle Williams of Mermaid Cafe 5-9 PM!
